Pat Myers, much like the award’s namesake, is a woman of grace who has earned everyone’s respect for her strong personal ethic, her integrity, her intelligence and perseverance to achieve that in which she believes. Her deep commitment to grass roots public service and her community is inspiring.
Day in and day out she successfully runs the largest town in Dutchess County. And she does so against the back drop of being not only the sole Democrat on a partisan Town Board, she is also the only woman. This tribute to Pat Myers is long over due.
